Ingredients for 6 people : 1 fresh pineapple 200g fried tofu (or frozen) 3 fresh tomatoes 100g of tomato sauce 2 tablespoons of oil salt pepper
Preparation: 1.Cut your fresh pineapple and tomatoes in diced. Arrange them on different plates. 2.Heat the oil in the wok. Add the pineapple chunks. After ten minutes, add the diced tomatoes. 3. Let it cook for 5 minutes. 4.Slide the tofu and add them accompanied by the mushroom sauce and tomato sauce. 5.Let it cook during 10 minutes while stirring the ingredients.
Serve the dish with white rice and enjoy your meal!

2. Recipe for maki Peel the carrots and cucumber. Using a mandolin or carrot grater, cut the carrots, then cut the cucumber into thin sticks. Place a ½ sheet of seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread the rice, put a little Wasabi (optional or put it at the end)
Place the vegetables in the center. Add mayonnaise sauce and other ingredients you like. Then roll by hand to get a roll. Cut the maki into sections using a knife. Serve the maki with soy sauce and wasabi sauce.
